mlab or Manos Lampridis, born in 1982 is a Hellenic project from Piraeus, city of Greece/Hellas.
Involved with electronic dance scene when Life FM 89.2 & Best Radio 92.6 were broadcasting in his hometown. In a small room with his best friend Alex Savitski practiced on turntables for his goal, to get behind decks some day. A few years later started djing in private parties & bars soon managed to spread all over Greece. 1st party ever took place in 2004, ‘’Anagenisis’’ bar in Amfiali. How to forget! For Manos it’s not just ‘’playing’’ music but interfering with elements, his passion for evolution brought him in the year 2012 when he decided to start manipulating with production instruments. Kostas Valvis was next to him for his baby steps in this task, many hours of tutorials & lot of epic fails for months he accomplished to create his 1st EP named ‘’ Shuddered by the dark’’ with cooperation of Mistique Music on May 2013.
Now days mlab supported by underground artists around the globe & he feels blessed for this.
His music character is injected with deep/dark sometimes psychedelic atmosphere, tribal or ethnic surroundings & vocals pursuing a unique performance, translated by his mood…
thank you for being part of this path…!
